Team Registration

The purchase of REC Foundation team registration on RobotEvents.com is nonrefundable and non-transferrable.

Event Registration

Refund policies for event registration vary and can be found on the Refund Policy tab of the RobotEvents.com event listing.

  • If an Event Partner has received payment for a team's event registration, the Event Partner is responsible for ensuring any owed refund, per their refund policy, is given back to a team.
  • If an Event Partner has not received payment for a team's event registration, the Event Partner may contact accounting@recf.org to assist with the process.

Program Products

Products purchased on RobotEvents.com require a Return Material Authorization, which can be obtained by contacting VEX Robotics Customer Support at (833) 297-6268 or emailing support@vex.com with the order number and reason for the return.
