We are pleased to share our Signature Event brand guidelines. These guidelines will help to ensure the effective communication of our shared message as well as the continuation of program branding and partnership recognition. Our goal is to foster a strong and consistent event experience.
Event Award Banners
In order to create a memorable experience, banners provide important information, serve as a backdrop for photos, and celebrate the achievements of a team or student. USA lmage is our official event banner provider. Please fill out the approval/event form, and once submitted you will be connected with USA lmage for your award banner order.
Please submit your event/sponsor logos in 1C white, (no full color) high resolution, vector in an .ai, .eps, or .pdf format and should be at least 300 dpi.
Required Logos at Events
Please ensure that the following logos are included and used in a manner compliant with each logo brand guide. Materials at Signature Events should have the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF), Signature Event, and VEX Robotics logos present.
Approval Process for Artwork
Prior to distribution, please ensure that all logos and branding are reviewed and approved. This includes RECF and VEX Robotics logos and branding.
RECF's policy to deny requests that do not meet these guidelines. lt is required that all requests be submitted through the Signature Event artwork approval form in order to be considered.
