The RECF has always believed that Event Partners know best what they need to run events. This is why the RECF is sponsoring support funds for RECF Robotics Event Partners instead of discounts to ensure that those individuals have the freedom and flexibility to choose what meets their needs. Funds may be used to help with items such as:
- Offsetting the purchase price of game elements or reimbursing previously purchased items
- Event technology (monitors, raspberry pi’s, tablets, etc)
- Event costs (custodial fees, rentals, food for volunteers, trophies, swag, etc)
Grants
Each grant is equivalent to approximately ⅔ the cost of a game element set for that specific program.
- RECF Achieve/RECF Inspire: $400
- RECF Engage: $120
Eligibility/Requirements
- An Event Partner is eligible for a maximum of 2 grants (one per event).
- An Event Partner (Primary Event Contact) that posts an approved event on RECFEvents.com.
- Once an event is approved, reach out to your Regional Support Manager for application details.
- When the grant is approved, you will be mailed a check in the amount of your granted award.
