The RECF Head referee certification course are designed to teach volunteer referees the nuances of the current game rules and how tournaments are run. Qualified and certified head referees help provide a consistent experience for participants within and across local, regional, national, and world championship events.
The Head Referee Certification Course takes an average of 7 hours to complete, and represents 7 hours of professional development and training when completed. RECF Head Referees are expected to recertify each season.
