VRC Field Reset - Teamwork and Elimination Matches
- From the audience's perspective, the red Alliance Station should always be on the left and the blue Alliance Station on the right.
- When the “all clear” signal is given by the Referees, reset the Triballs in the field and alliance stations. Refer to the notes and diagrams below.
- Note that the top of each Goal can be rotated up and off of the field perimeter to remove Triballs.
- Note that the orientation of Triballs on the field doesn't matter, just their positions.
- Ensure all tape is still firmly affixed to the field tiles.
- Check that the yellow caps on the Elevation Bars are pushed all the way down onto the top bar.
- Check that the Barriers and Elevation Bars haven't shifted significantly.
- Check that the front posts of each Goal are still firmly seated in their brackets, and that both Goals are hinged "closed" against the top of the field perimeter.
- Each alliance station should include 22 green Triballs and two alliance-colored Triballs.
- Be sure to remove shoes and wear socks when you step on the field tiles.
- VRC Skills Matches, VEX U Matches, and VEX U Skills Matches have different field setups. These are illustrated separately in this document.
