Head Referee Match Anomaly Log

As of mid-October 2023, the VEX Tournament Manager software includes a Match Anomaly Log in the printable Reports section. It is sorted by team number, and includes large spaces to track violations by each team throughout an event. The old version of the Match Anomaly Log, which is tracked by match number rather than team number, is still available for download at this link.
