As more schools adopt VEX Robotics to enhance their STEM learning environment, tailored curriculum offerings are available to enable educators to easily incorporate the program into their classrooms. These offerings were developed by forward-thinking organizations with years of experience creating the tools to keep STEM education exciting and inspiring.
From elementary school through college, VEXcode is a coding environment that meets students at their level. The intuitive layout of VEXcode allows students to get started quickly and easily. VEXcode is consistent across Blocks and Text, across VEX IQ and VEX V5. As students progress from elementary, middle, and high school, they never have to learn a different blocks, code, or toolbar interface. As a result, students can focus on creating with technology, not trying to navigate a new layout.

VEX Robotics created STEM Labs as a supplemental educational resource. The purpose was to support educators with free, easy to follow STEM lesson plans that align with educational standards. Each STEM Lab contains hands-on lessons with guided explorations that encourage teamwork and collaboration.
VEX now offers free, online training that helps educators at all different ability levels. Experience fun and engaging lessons while supporting students as they become proficient with the VEX Robotics system. By the end of the VEX Certified Educator program, you will be fully prepared to implement VEX Robotics and become a leader in technology and innovation within your school and community.
Project Lead the Way
Project Lead The Way provides transformative learning experiences for PreK-12 students and teachers across the U.S. They create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment and empower students to develop in-demand knowledge and skills they need to thrive. PLTW also provides teachers with the training, resources, and support they need to engage students in real-world learning.
Use industry-leading software MATLAB and Simulink to design autonomous and remote-control robot algorithms. MathWorks provides complimentary access to simulation and programming products, hardware libraries for VEX EDR, curriculum, tutorials, and support for teams looking to take advantage of model-based design while participating in the VEX Robotics Competition.
Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy
Robotics Academy courses are available online with interactive instruction and Q&A. Curricula and other requirements are completed as independent study.
